The Administrative Service Center of the Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone  was officially put into operation on Dec 12, 2019.

The Service Center - also known as the Administrative Service Center of the China (Hebei) Pilot Free Trade Zone Daxing Area - is an important measure for Daxing district to optimize its business environment, promote industrial development, facilitate enterprises in procedures, and to help the airport run smoothly.

The China (Hebei) Pilot Free Trade Zone Daxing Area mainly develops businesses in aviation logistics, aviation technology and financial leasing as it becomes a demonstration area for the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

The Service Center, located in the Yufa Township of Daxing District, south of Beijing, covers an area of 700 square meters. The center adopts a comprehensive window service model, which is convenient for enterprises to handle their business at only one window, greatly improving work efficiency.

The examination and approval service departments will become available in batches in the center, and services will be added or adjusted according to business needs. 

The first ten departments of Daxing district to provide administrative services include the economic and information commission, supervision commission, tax bureau, urban management committee, water affairs bureau, housing and construction committee, gardening and greening bureau, ecological environment bureau, economic and information bureau, and branch of planning and natural resources bureau.

The administrative departments can provide 156 examination, approval, and handling services such as enterprise registration, tax declaration, construction project planning permission and construction permission for enterprises within 50 square kilometers of the Daxing International Airport Economic Zone.

The administrative service hall has many highlights, including full intelligent service functions in a compact space. During the trial operation period, the service center hall won high recognition from enterprises and the public as it maximally helped enterprises reduce costs in the administrative procedures and provided more high-quality, efficient and convenient services for enterprises.
