After the Beijing Daxing International Airport opened the district intensified its business infrastructure to meet market demand.

A homegrown State-owned enterprise, Beijing Xingchuang Investment Co, took the lead in expanding the hotel business by strengthening cooperation with world renowned hotel management companies such as Hilton and Hyatt to improve the regional business environment.

The Hilton Hotel (Daxing branch), only a 30-minute drive from the airport, is expected to open next month, and it will be the district’s first high-end international brand hotel.

The building looks elegant and romantic with a neoclassical French style. Its 104 well-equipped rooms and suites provide travelers with a quiet, restful and convenient environment.

The hotel’s restaurant has integrated both Chinese and Western tastes in an extraordinary way, and the hotel, with a 700-square meter column-free conference hall and banquet venue, will be suitable for top-level business meetings, fashionable social events, annual celebrations and other activities.

In view of the huge development opportunities, Xingchuang Investment has been working hard on high-end international brand hotels since 2012, according to Wang Ke, general manager of the company.

Hyatt arrived in the district at the end of 2018. As a mid-to-high-end international brand, it offered high-quality services with its 144 guest rooms, all-day dining restaurants, meeting rooms, gyms and swimming pools.

“We have also assumed our social responsibilities while doing business.” said the firm’s president Zhi Xiaofei.

During the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic in May, the hotel, as a centralized isolation and medical observation site in Daxing, helped 91 people pull through difficulties over their quarantines, and was highly hailed for its security work.

In the next step, the investment firm will build more facilities as part of the second phase of the Xingchuang International Center, which are to include office buildings, shopping malls, hotels and apartments. The entire project is expected to be completed in 2023.
