A community in Beijing’s Daxing district recently received a report from its property management company detailing its service work for last year, including overall priorities, income and expenditure statements and safety precautions.

This is a system stipulated by the company in accordance with municipal property management regulations, and also an innovative measure issued by thedistrict’s Housing Construction Committee to create a peaceful and contented living environment under the supervision of the owners.

Experts were invited to train more than 800 people from 20 towns, neighborhoods, communities, and property companies in the district via online lectures.

Effortshave been made to improve the service quality of 100 municipal, district, and town-owned property service communities, and enterprises have been urged to increase investment.

Meanwhile, the district is promoting renovation and transformation of 115 old communities, focusing on road maintenance, street lamp renewal, and greening improvement.

Notably, strict implementation of a job duty list guarantees an effective supervision mechanism.

As of now, 2,298 property projects have been inspected and 57 administrative penalties and 17 administrative actions have been initiated.
