Beijing's Daxing district signed contracts with 34 companies on Sunday, a result of the district's investment in better construction of the "two zones" - the Beijing Free Trade Zone and a national integrated demonstration zone - to open the services sector wider.

Gao Zhenhua, chief of the district's Economic and Information Authority, explained multiple favorable policies for the airport economic zone, comprehensive bonded area and free trade zone.

During the event, district leaders and heads of various industrial parks signed agreements with high-end technological firms in biomedical health, artificial intelligence and big data and hydrogen energy. It's estimated the future output of these contracted projects will reach more than 100 billion yuan ($15.4 billion).

Cooperation partners, including the Henry Fischer Group Co, China Tiegong Investment & Construction Group Co, Ustar Biotechnologies and MagValley, also  are expected to lay a solid foundation for tapping upstream and downstream industry chain resources and attracting more enterprises to gather in the district.

Henry Fischer Group, a world-class Italian business investment industry enterprise, is engaged in four major segments: Business planning, industrial real estate, industrial cooperation and brand operation.

China Tiegong Investment & Construction Group Co, a subsidiary of China Railway Group Limited, has a full-industry chain system service business in green resources, smart cities and underground space.

Ustar, a leading provider of instant molecular diagnostic overall solution, has obtained the country's first registration certificate for COVID-19 molecular point-of-care testing(POCT) detection. Thousands of instruments were shipped last year, covering more than two-thirds of the domestic Top 100 hospitals, and exported to more than 40 countries.

MagValley specializes in rare earth functional materials and devices that will be applied to the electronic information industry. It has independent intellectual property rights and top technology.

Zhou Liyun called on all departments, towns, streets and industrial parks in the district to ensure the smooth progress of the projects, upholding a concept of "being for the sake of investors".
