The Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone is building a high-end commercial complex, with Yufa Commercial Street getting a new image.

The project is positioned as a one-stop commercial complex for the Yufa community, offering services such as accommodation, catering, and entertainment that will meet the consumption needs of local residents.

The above-ground complex will feature a commercial pedestrian street comprised of a south building and a north building. The south building will be used for commerce, and the north building for commerce and hotels. Covering a land area of around 1.21 hectares, the complex has an architectural design area of 32,500 square meters.

The commercial street will bring convenience to local people and the employees of aviation-related enterprises.

As roads, infrastructure and supporting projects continue to expand in the airport economic zone, a number of projects related to people's livelihoods will be also built.

Daxing airport area vows to extend greater efforts to improve supporting facilities focused on public services, such as education, medical care, and housing, so as to attract talents at home and abroad.
