Diverse activities to mark Longtaitou Festival

Dongzaolin village of Weishanzhuang town, Daxing district, Beijing, held a series of folk activities to celebrate the traditional Chinese Longtaitou Festival on Feb 21.
The day of Longtaitou, which literally means "dragon raises its head", falls on the second day of the second lunar month to mark winter's transition to spring.
Local residents gave traditional performances, such as lion-dragon dances, Yongko dances, waist-drum dances.
In addition, local elderly people aged over 60 were provided with free haircuts.
